Seaman USD #345 is looking for bus drivers. Qualifications:

• Hold or be able to attain a valid CDL (Commercial Driver License) with required endorsements.
• Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Have at least one year's driving experience (any vehicle) including experience in all four seasons.
• Meet all state requirements for school bus drivers, including current certification in defensive driving, first aid and CPR.
• Pass required DOT physical examination (after employment offer is made).
• Pass a pre-employment drug test required under FHWA authority (after employment offer is made).
• Pass all district training requirements.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate aptitude and competence for the job.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
