Seaman USD #345 has an opening for a Speech & Language Special Education paraprofessional at Mathes Early Learning Center (MELC).  This is a 6.5 hour per day position during the school year.  No experience is necessary. On the job training will be provided.

Candidate must have a high school diploma, college hours are helpful but not required.  Candidate will assist Speech/Language Pathologists in providing suport to students with speech and language difficulties as well as work with small groups of students.  The candidate will work days students are in attendance as well as attend professional development activities throughout the year.  Hours are approximately 8:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. but could vary.  Starting salary is $14.25 per hour.
